Product arrived quickly and very well packed. It even included heatsink grease (but I used my own). I already replaced the 720QM CPU on my old overheating Dell Studio 1557 laptop with this 840QM and it is working excellent! No more shutdowns! Would definitely buy again.

El procesador llegó en una caja de plástico y un sobre postal desde un remitente de España. No venia con sobre antiestático, al instalar no arranca la Bios y el procesador se pone a mas de 100grados. Pido devolución del dinero y la única posibilidad es que lo envíe a China cuando el proveedor me lo envía desde España.Lo disputo pero no me devuelven el dinero y enviarlo a China me sale más caro que el procesador. Ademas me dice que declare el valor por 20USD y el declaró 2USD, una estafa. Sino funciona has pedido el dinero. Mejor escoger otro proveedor que envíe mejor los chips aunque el sistema de devolución es muy malo en AliExpress, mejor Amazon con respecto al servicio y atención.
