в целом очень недурственно. шестерни без косяков. корпус без существенных зазоров. единственная придирка это нефиксированное положение шестерней на осях. из за этого при заправке мягким филаментом его может увести в сторону. сфоткал в двух положениях. исправляется подбором шайб.

За такую цену (брал за 650р) этот BMG очень понравился. Шестерни хорошего качества, так же в комплекте идет крепежная пластиковая пластина (на моих фотках ее нет). Форма внутренних частей тоже понравилась. Минусы есть, но незначительные и исправляются за 15 минут: что-то где-то подточить или поправить чтобы лучше детали сели. В общем не вижу смысла платить за более дорогие варианты. Продавец честный - в заказе так же были сопла разный размеров, он напутал и прислал одинакового. Я не стал открывать спор, попросил продавца исправить ситуацию - продавец выслал быстрой доставкой недостающие сопла.

34 дня до Кемеровской области. В работе экструдер показал себя прекрасно. На ender 3 pro подошёл без проблем, у меня получилось 408 шагов на миллиметр. После установки проблема с экструзией решилась.

Compared to the Tranglelab BMG: The lever here has a bid of play an the axis, the spring is cheap and the spacer is metal and not teflon. Drive gears are the same. Plastic is more bendable (lever). The play in the axis is no problem as the filament will gide the lever to the right orientation. The spring and spacer and plastic give a cheaper feeling to it. The spring needs to be compressed very much and leaves not much room for fine tuning. But I see no reason why it can not produce prints as good as with the other for a fraction of the cost. And replacing a spring and spacer for a teflon one does almost cost nothing. The lever play does not matter. And as long as the plastic does not break more sturdy plastic is nice but not a must. The transparent color is good to see if your filament is at the right place. I like it and will test it the coming days.

Trotz eines etwas grossen Axialen Spiel's kann ich 5 Sterne vergeben, da ich das Feintuning noch mittels Shim-Scheiben vornehme. Das ist für mich völlig ok, und tut der Qualität keinen abbruch. Ich habe mit solchen Dual-Drive Extrudern sehr gute erfahrungen gemacht, und ein original, das 5 x soviel kostet ist deswegen noch lange nicht 5 x besser, nur eben sehr viel teurer. Im industriellen Eisatz mag sich der Preis eines Original-BMG rechtfertigen, bei mir als Hobby-Anwender ist der Clone absolut in ordnung.
